Board & Oversight Structure

NHM is governed through a dual-layer structure designed to ensure professionalism, accountability, and full Sharia compliance.

Board Governance

Strategic oversight is exercised through a joint governance framework representing Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) and Harvest Advisors. The Board provides direction on mandate alignment, fiduciary responsibility, and long-term institutional strategy.

Professional Investment Governance

Investment management and execution are carried out by Harvest Advisors Investment Management, a licensed investment manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), ensuring adherence to global standards of investment governance and risk management.

Sharia Supervisory Governance

Sharia compliance is overseen by a PBNU–Harvest Sharia Supervisory Board, ensuring all investment structures and activities are aligned with PBNU’s Sharia principles. This includes Sharia screening, ongoing monitoring, and periodic compliance reviews.

This integrated governance model ensures that investment discipline, Sharia legitimacy, and institutional accountability operate in alignment.

Communications & Outreach

NHM maintains active communications and outreach channels to promote transparency, share institutional updates, and engage with global stakeholders across the Sharia investment ecosystem.
